Below is a list of suggestions of ways you can prepare now to make your trek experience meaningful and memorable.

March 27 @ 7:00 PM- Join us for our Stake Trek Activity
Exercise at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week, plus take a 1 mile hike
Research your personal family history for examples of faith and endurance among your ancestors
Prepare spiritually by establishing a pattern of regular prayer, scripture study, and attendance at church meetings
April
Exercise at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week, plus take a 2 or 3 mile hike
Start gathering or making your pioneer clothing
Make sure you have your trek shoes. If they are new, start breaking them in
With your class or quorum, plan a few activities that relate to trek or will help you prepare in some way
Find names that need temple work done
April 28 @ 4:00 PM- Join us for our Stake Pre-Trek Activity
April 30 - Make sure your medical and photo release forms have been turned in to your leaders
May
Exercise at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week, plus take a 2 mile hike each week
Start gathering items on the packing list
Attend the temple and take family names if possible
Read the letter concerning trek from the Stake Presidency
Listen to the trek theme song “Ponder the Path” and consider what personal goals you might have for trek
June
June 2 - Join with us in a stake wide fast for trek
Start hydrating a few days before trek
Make sure you have everything on your packing list and load items in your 5 gal. bucket
June 4 - Drop off trek equipment to be loaded in trailers
June 5-7 - “Ponder The Path” Stake Trek
June 23 - Join us for a post trek fireside
